Submit Your Auction Bids Online

There are 3 simple steps to submitting your bids for the current auction.

Step 1: Create Your Bid List

  • Simply enter the Lot # and the Record # from your copy of the auction catalog and the amount you wish to bid in the "Create Your Bids" form below.
  • Click the "Add to Bid List" Button and your bid will be added to the Bid List window, with the cursor returning to the Lot# box.
  • Repeat these steps until you have entered all your bids.

Step 2: Fill Out the Bid Form

  • This is your name and contact information, so we'll have your bids on record.
  • Use the 'Comments' box to add any conditions to be applied to your bids

Step 3: Submit Your Bids

  • Click the "Submit" button and they're on their way!

Changing or Withdrawing bids: Any bid may be raised, lowered or withdrawn, and additional bids may be added anytime before the closing date of the auction. You can submit your changes by using this form, but please make a note in the "Comments" box that you are changing your previously submitted bids. If you have questions about either the bidding procedure or about any items in the auction, we strongly urge you to contact us first before submitting your bids.

Bid Status:To be fair to all of our bidders, we do not disclose the status of any bid.

Visa, Mastercard and Paypal are cheerfully accepted for payment of auction winnings. But please do not enter any type of payment or credit card information on this form. You will receive a separate invoice by mail shortly after the closing date of the auction, with space for your PayPal or credit card information.

All email bids must be received by the closing date of the auction!

If you need to remove items from your bid list, select bid(s) on the left and hit the delete button.
To edit a bid, simply delete it and enter it again above.
