Phonographs for Sale
Although we are primarily record dealers, we usually have a few nice hand wound phonographs for sale. All phonographs are restored to good playing condition using original parts whenever possible. The cabinets are cleaned and touched up, but usually not refinished. We currently have the following available:

Victor II - Nicely Restored
 
 
Here is a nicely restored Victor II. The Exhibition reproducer has been rebuilt, the motor has been adjusted and lubricated, and the cabinet has been cleaned and polished. The instrument runs well and sounds good. The black paint on the horn and the Victor decal are original,while the bell was cleaned and lacquered some time ago. The turntable felt has been replaced and the crank is a reproduction, otherwise the machine is fully original. There are a few dents in the horn, but they are not objectionable.
The price is $1295.00. Pickup in Roseville CA is preferred, however a small machine like this can be shipped if needed. If shipping is requested, buyer arranges and pays for all crating and shipping costs. California buyers must pay 8.25% sales tax or provide a valid resale number. 8 Inch Six Tune cylinder Music Box
 
 
The cabinet on this music box is quite plain, and the tune card is present but torn. The motor has a broken mainspring, and the comb has many missing teeth and tips. This instrument will require extensive restoration, or perhaps it can be used for parts. Price is $100.00. Pickup in Roseville CA is preferred, as the instrument is delicate, and would be costly to crate and ship. If shipping is requested, buyer arranges and pays for all crating and shipping costs. The lid is missing, the motor is incomplete and the comb has 1 broken tooth and some missing tips. This one is for parts only. Price is $50.00.
